Tracking
A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as
soon as the item is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking
status to update on the carrier’s portal.
Shipping Conditions
While we strive for speed, we do not ship on weekends. Potential delays may
occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier strikes, or peak seasonal
volumes.
Responsibility
LogisticsCore is not liable for packages once they are marked as
“Delivered” by the carrier. For lost or stolen items, please contact the
courier directly to initiate a claim.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for knowing their import laws before ordering.
- We are not liable for customs seizures, delays, or legal restrictions in your country.
- No refunds or reshipments will be issued for packages seized by customs.
- Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products/destinations, and these will be noted on product listings.
Reshipment Policy
Domestic
- For local/domestic orders returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable status, we may provide:
- Reshipment (customer pays shipping fees), or
- Store credit (minus shipping and handling fees).
International
- For international shipments, no reshipments or refunds are offered once the package has been handed over to the courier.
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the courier but not received, please check with your neighbors, building management, UPS or local post office. Courier scans include GPS delivery coordinates.
